About Me

Bobbie
Hello to one and all! My family and I have lived in the Riverton, Utah area for the past 16+ years. During this time I have had a growing desire to learn about landscaping, perennials, annuals, vegetables and so on. Several years ago I tried my hand at growing herbs, even compiled a handout for a class I was able to teach at a local garden club. Last year, 2010, I ventured bravely to the USU Master Gardener's Program at Thanksgiving Point, and I am delighted to tell you that I have my certificate. Having said this, I am not disallusioned in knowing that I feel that I am still the beginner with much to learn. But oh what a wonderful process. I hope this blog will give you encouragement, enlightenment and motivation to start, continue and/or enhance your gardening experiences.
